Hi All,
Have an issue with PM2.1. Been using this product for a while now, no real problems until today. A user go the following error when trying to to create a vm:
Found duplicate PV 40CYdqUd2ktKfq2Yx6NuKJ7hdQYLvTeG: using /dev/sdc not /dev/sdb

Found duplicate PV 40CYdqUd2ktKfq2Yx6NuKJ7hdQYLvTeG: using /dev/sdc not /dev/sdb
device-mapper: create ioctl on vmsan_vg-vm--137--disk--1 failed: Device or resource busy
TASK ERROR: create failed - lvcreate 'vmsan_vg/pve-vm-137' error: Failed to activate new LV.
Not sure where to start troubleshooting this right now, I've had a google around and nothing immediate jumps out at me hence why I'm writing here.
Bit of background: Until this AM, there was a VM using the same ID but that was destroyed, so good, so far. Since then, this error comes up whenever a user attempts to create a new VM (using GUI btw).
I can provide provide prints of lvdisplay, pvdisplay etc should they be required.
Any help will be very gratefully received.
Thank you in advance,
Rob
