have here an supemicro server. Last year there was an Gentoo with vdr, webserver... on that local SSD (Samsung EVO). That was running a long time. Little bit wear out.
But after we setuped proxmox on this machine and install an lxc with gentoo and the same services, the wearoutlevel of the ssd goes higher and higher. And that very fast. Have a look at the graph.
I know yes there is an EVO, and yes i merged an Enterprise disk as mirror for secure if the time come that evo fail. But really... what do proxmox that there are a lot of writes? It is absolutely crazy.
