i always used my X570 ASUS X570 E Gaming mainboard for my server. As it dosnt have an iGPU i used an olg R7 260X. Now i upgraded the GPU to an RTX 4070 to pass through to a vm. So i put the old PU out and mounted a new one - but proxmox wont start anymore. It always crashes after the lvm group is scanned.
As its only a lab machine and i have backups of everything i tried installing it from scratch but it wont install - it reaches the point:
Waiting for /dev to be fully populated..
and then freezes. i dont know how to get logs since the machine almost immediatly frezzes. I will deliver more information but i dont know what else i could try. The system is currently running again with the old GPU - hope you can help
