Proxmox won't do initial update gives Unauthorized [IP: 170.130.165.90 443]

I am trying to do my first setup and I am in the web gui and it won't update packages
This is the output I get

Gives me permission denied when I try to go into /etc/apt/sources.list
Do I nano into it? Cause that shows theres nothing in there as well
 
This is what fixed it
GUI > click your prox name > Repositories > Disable entries that say Enterprise > Add > [Click OK if you get the popup] > Dropdown: No-subscription > Add
Looks like its working as it should meow! Thanks for the help!
