proxmox VE on hosts with IPv6 only (hetzner) (no IPv4)

At Hetzner you can choose a dedicated server that has an IPv6 addresses, but no IPv4 address. (and you can opt-out of IPv4 on existing hosts).
I am wondering if it is possible to run proxmox VE without having an IPv4 address ... If not, would services like zeroTier provide a solution?
