Proxmox VE on Debian Jessie, error with "pve-cluster.service"

Hi,
I trying to install Proxmox VE on a debian jessie by following this tutorial : http://pve.proxmox.com/wiki/Install...d_an_.2Fetc.2Fhosts_entry_for_your_IP_address

but a problem occur when i run this step :
apt-get install proxmox-ve ssh postfix ksm-control-daemon open-iscsi systemd-sysv
The console say :

Setting up pve-cluster (4.0-49) ...

I trying a lot of solution but no success.
It would be very helpful if someone have an idea of my problem :)

this shows that /etc/pve is not empty when it tries to mount it, fails and aborts
