Been running a small lab with couple Dell Optiplex - i7 2600 3,4 Ghz 32 Gb RAM 512GB SSD boot and 1TB SSD storage. Had a 4TB Passport USB passed through to a Mint VM working fine.

After upgrade the host to:

Kernel: Linux 6.14.11-2-pve (2025-09-12T09:46Z)
pve-manager: 9.0.10/deb1ca707ec72a89

The host started freeze when copying from the USB.

Any tip how can I start troubleshooting this:

Thanks!

Update:

Tested on similar hardware with same kernel/proxmox version and had the same issue. Fresh install
pve-manager/9.0.3/025864202ebb6109/Linux 6.14.8-2-pve (2025-07-22T10:04Z) and it seems to be working as before.

Update 2:

Applied new upgrade today 9/30/25 on original host and USB passthrough seems to be functioning. Will keep host 2 with old versions until running the new upgrade for couple days.

Edit: After running for 30 minutes the host froze, so the issue still not fixed.
