Proxmox VE + Dorado 2000

Hi I am new to proxmox and I am a bit lost, I got his project with two servers and one dorado 2000.

I was able to install proxmox and set them in a cluster and was able to map the FC connections.
Also was able to add the created LUN into the proxmox showing as a LVM.

I can create VM's, can also live migrate from one server to another but can't do hot snapshots, am I missing something or is not supported?

If I am missing something is there a guide I could follow or someone could give me some tips?

Basically snapshot on lvm/thick wasn't supported before PVE9 and the new snapshot-as-chain feature has some caveats.
A possible workaround could be to use the snapshot-backup mechanism and live-restore of ProxmoxBackupServer, it doesn't need storage support for snapshots:
