Our server has a community subscription, which was valid till 2025-06-29. The update check tonight failed (2025-06-30 and 2025-07-01 was OK!). The last 5 years, there was an overlap of about 2 months during that time it was possible to renew the license and download all necessary updates. Has the policy changed or can there be an other problem?
apt update results in:
Err:4 https://enterprise.proxmox.com/debian/pve bookworm InRelease
401 Unauthorized [IP: 45.84.67.184 443]
Reading package lists... Done
E: Failed to fetch https://enterprise.proxmox.com/debian/pve/dists/bookworm/InRelease 401 Unauthorized [IP: 45.84.67.184 443]
E: The repository 'https://enterprise.proxmox.com/debian/pve bookworm InRelease' is no longer signed.

Thanks for help
Roland

It's usually best to directly contact the shop.proxmox.com (via your account) as they can help with subscriptions problems (and the mostly volunteers on this forum cannot).

Let me guess: The last 5 years you were using your 12-months-subscription for 14 months before you renewed it?. Right? ;)
And you probably wasn't the only one doing this. Kind of a "subscription abuse" to me and I would have changed that 5 years ago already. ;)

@JensF - NO - because the date of the renewed subscription startet always with the last date were the old one was valid. I don't know why this was but I ordered renewing always in time and the german company were we bougth the server renewd for us with the same subscription number and sometimes it took a month or more to get the new "next due date" entry in proxmox ve... so no ;) ... 10 ..

Thanks for the answer.
More than a month to renew a sub is really long. The question is who is to blame for that? I hope you'll get a reply from the Proxmox shopping guys timely. :)
