Proxmox VE cannot ping or access the web UI

I just installed Proxmox VE on my unused computer.
I followed the steps from YouTube and the installation was successful.

I logged into my proxmox and did a ping to google.com, which worked.
I did ping the gateway and it also worked.
But when I ping my other computer in the network it didn't work.
I also tried pinging my proxmox server from my computer, but it didn't work.

that's why I also cant access the web UI of my proxmox server https://192.168.1.50:8006

What am I missing?

Has your other computer an ip as 192.168.1.xy and use same switch also ?
