Installation of XP x64 SP2 always failed with BSOD stop: 000000a5 (0x0000000000000014, ...
I had to replace SeaBios with older version, I extracted it from 8.1-1 iso image, from the file pve_qemu.deb and copied into /usr/share/kvm/bios-256k.bin after previously backed up the original file
after that the installation passed and the VM with the very old OS is running well
I did not test more versions of the SeaBios from which one the OS started to crash due to ACPI issue
HW: MBD-H13SAE-MF, Epyc 4545P
VM: CPU type = host
if more info for reproducing the failure is necessary please let me know and I'll share
