why not use the latest 8.3-1 ISO? We generally only keep the latest for each major release available, as you are urged to always keep your system up-to-date anyway, for obvious reasons.
Is there a particular reason why you need an older one?

yes because i already setup 8.3 version but my work is not done with this version. i want setup my whmcs with proxmox and its not working i was already use 8.0.7 and it was working with whmcs cloud-init but 8.3 version not working thats why i need this 8.0.7 iso please re upload this so i download i will be thankful to you
Please not that 8.0.7 is not really "the" version, it is just the version of the
Proxmox VE has a is rolling-release style, thus installing a specific version isn't viable.
Again, please also note that running older version often includes running vulnerable software, so upgrading is encouraged as always.

Have you already asked upstream with that project whether they will provide and update? Maybe they already have?
You might be able to retrieve the ISO using the torrent file we provide for each ISO release: https://www.proxmox.com/images/download/pve/iso/proxmox-ve_8.0-2.torrent

i dont need 8.0.2 its already avalible and its currepted i need 8.0.7 please provide

The 8.0-2 ISO release hasn't anything to do with the 8.0.7 pve-manager package version. It's just the closest version.

What you want/need is not supported. There is no ISO with 8.0.7.
You'll need to start with the older ISO and check the exact package versions on another node and carefully install those versions, manually, to get what you want.
i setup my whmcs proxmox addon modulesgarden and after i create template windows 2022 with cloud-init but when user make order vm create but username pass and ip configuration not auto configure thats the issue i face in 8.0.7 it was work fine thats why i need it
I understand what you want/need. I'm just telling you that you need to do it manually because there is no easy way to do it.
