Hi,

When trying to change cert in /etc/pve/, i made a mistake and delete original cert of proxmox.

Now i have this in apache error log:

[Sat Dec 22 12:37:43 2012] [warn] RSA server certificate CommonName (CN) `StartCom Certification Authority' does NOT match server n$
[Sat Dec 22 12:37:43 2012] [error] Unable to configure RSA server private key

I just want to have back original configuration.

I tried:

pvecm updatecerts --force

but it's not good version i have proxmox ve1.7 64bits.

I don't know how to deal with this, just want original configuration back but it seems i delete the original pve-ssl.key (mistake and i don't have any backup)

Please someone can tell me how to deal with this ?

Thanks

Here is the solution:

openssl genrsa -out pve-ssl.key 1024
openssl req -new -x509 -days 365 -key pve-ssl.key -out pve-ssl.pem

Have a nice day :)
