Proxmox uses slowest network!

Hello, I have the following topology: a high-speed switch and a mesh network. Both are configured using IPv6 OSPF6. These IPv6 networks also serve as a Ceph cluster and public network. I'm experiencing strange behavior when migrating a virtual machine from one node to another. The entire traffic is routed through my monitor switch, which is IPv4, not IPv6. This switch is where I access my Proxmox web interface to monitor the nodes. Despite the links being up and running, it doesn't seem to be using the fastest route.

I can ping the IPv6 addresses, see the connections in vtysh, and observe the neighbors. What might be going wrong here?
