Proxmox UPS

Hi,
What's the best practice to match an USB UPS to PVE , mainly for shutting down environment before UPS goes out of batteries ?
Does it depend on UPS used thus drivers ?
NUT, apcupsd, UPS proprietary software ?

I installed NUT server+client directly on the PVE host. NUT works with most UPSs.
