Proxmox update problem

Hello, after updating Proxmox, I encountered a problem where the process gets stuck at:

Setting up pve-manager (8.3.2) ...

It stays there indefinitely. After waiting for 2 days, I manually terminated the process. Now, when I try to update again, I get the following output:

What can I do to resolve this issue?
