Proxmox stuck when installing Windows 10

Dear gentleman,

i buy a VDS from Contabo with proxmox installed. I try to create a VM Windows 10, but the installation stuck on the beginning.

I try with different ISO and different configuration (UEFI, SeaBios...), without success.

Im new in Proxmox. I have the following doubts:
1. I have only local disk. I dont have local-lvm, it's correct?
2. pvscan say : No matching physical volumes found. I need it?

This is not mentioned yet: did you follow https://pve.proxmox.com/wiki/Windows_10_guest_best_practices ?

Does the VDS support nested virtualization? If you run lscpu | grep Virtualization, does it show anything? If not, then there is no HW virtualization enabled and therefore and VM will be sloooow as it will be fully emulated.
