recently my proxmox server has been freezing every few weeks/days.
When it happens I'm not able to reach it via network. No ping, no ssh...
When I plug a monitor to it I see the following (see image below):
I did:
nvme smart-log /dev/nvme0n1
but no critical SMART warnings were reported and NVMe drive was healthy — no imminent hardware failure.
Does anyone have a clue what may be happening or what checks to perform?
