Proxmox start with an error and all vm cannot start

After a power failure during backing up VM, it boot up with error /etc/init.d/rc: line 74: /etc/default/rcS: No such file or directory.
all vm are read only.
anyone can help?

The filesystem where /var/lib/vz is located (probably root, but depends on you configuration) is probably corrupt and therefore mounted read-only.

Assuming it's the root-filesystem: boot the estem with a live-media and verify/repair the respective file-system.
