When my ups, using apcupsd, runs Proxmox hypervisor shutdown, Windows Server 2008 R2 virtual machine tries to shutdown too (anonymous users can shutdown OS).
If one o more programs run (for example a simple notepad) the procedure stops asking if we want save the open file.
1) Can I hibernate the virtual machine and how?
2) Can I hibernate the Proxmox hypervisor and how?
