Proxmox showing USB 2.0 Hub/speeds

Hi there....im starting to use my proxmox server more and more and the above seems to be a bottleneck for me which has never really been an issue but, im now starting to use the external usb hubs more and more. Ive got a Dell Precision Compact 3260 which has no USB2 hubs on it. Is there a setting to change this??

Been messing around with the server and noticed that i can hand a usb hub over to a VM...has anyone done that and before i even click on that if i do then i will be blocking off whole sets of usb ports to other vm's??
