Hi, I just setup proxmox on a dell poweredge r720xd, and have finished installing it. On starting up, the console says I can connect via https://192.168.100.2:8006/. However, when I try to connect from my personal computer, the site is unreachable. I tried pinging my personal computer from the poweredge with proxmox, and it was able to successfully send data, but it could not receive data from my local machine with error "Destination Host Unreachable". I have attached the output of "ip a s && ip r l" as well as the contents of /etc/network/interfaces. Has anyone ran into this issue or has any idea what the problem might be? IMG_2818.jpgThanks!

You are on the 192.168.1.0/24 subnet and you set your PVE to be on the 192.168.100.0/24 subnet with 192.168.100.1 as gateway.

So if you want to access it you need to be on the 192.168.100.0/24 subnet too or you need a router that sits as a gateway at 192.168.1.1 and 192.168.100.1 andthat router needs to be able to route between 192.168.1.0/24 and 192.168.100.0/24 (which a consumer router you got from your ISP in general isn't able to do).

So best would be to give the PVE server a free static IP in your 192.168.1.0/24 subnet too and set 192.168.1.1 as the PVEs gateway and DNS.
