Proxmox reinstall or hard delete VM/LXC

I am wondering if there is any way of reinstalling a VM/LXC or hard deleting it?

What do you mean by that? Deleting of a VM is of course supported:

• You can delete and create a LXC container
• Reinstall an operating system in a KVM like on a normal computer
