Proxmox only does a (controlled, graceful) bulk shutdown when you press the (power or GUI) button or some script asks for it. It does not automatically do this after installation. Did you install third-party software or run third-party scripts on the Proxmox host?

for more precisions about the installation:
dell r250 with 2ssd 1TB (raid1)
64 gb ram
2 vms with win19 server

on both machines we have sql server installed
could it be the reason of the stuck and restart of the server

here is the file

The log was all cropped, but I can't help not notice the:

Code:
Jul 04 10:05:47 hypsrvlahfood systemd-logind[583]: Power key pressed shor>
Jul 04 10:05:47 hypsrvlahfood systemd-logind[583]: Powering off...

With nothing preceding it.

You may want to add HandlePowerKey=ignore to your /etc/systemd/logind.conf and watch the logs. Do not forget to reboot or systemctl restart systemd-logind.
