Proxmox Port Issues

Hello, I'm new to Proxmox. I've followed all the basic setups so far and made a few configuration changes.
When I try to ping my IP, it works. However, when I go to the web and visit the IP with port 8006, I am unable to access the proxmox dashboard, as it is known.
I have already verified that the firewall is turned off and the port is open. Could someone please help me fix this?

I appreciate the link; I've already verified it and there are no errors in my configurations. The only mistakes I make

1. My Windows IP address cannot be reached by ping ( proxmox console ).
2. unable to open the web GUI
3. Not able to ssh directly

I can ping my proxmox IP, and my DNS and gateway settings are OK. What could be the cause of my inability to access the port to access the proxmox via the web GUI?
