Hello Everyone! I am pretty new to Proxmox and am trying to set up a Pfsense VM to run my home network. The motherboard I picked up has multiple 10Gb ethernet ports (3) and I'd like to be able to dedicate 2 for the Pfsense VM and 1 for the rest of the box. I have seen tutorials online but the majority of them seem to rely on the PCIE Passthrough with a NIC card, which I don't have the PCIE Lanes left for (Graphics card + Sata card taking up the slots). However, one of the things that drew me to this motherboard was the fact that it had 3 lan ports on the back. I've installed ifupdown2 and am trying to configure my network in a clean way but was looking for advice.

My current idea is to use 2 Linux Bridges aimed at the two enp1s0f0/1 ports however when I try and set the gateway to my current router, I am unable to set it up for both. Any ideas? Thank you for your time!

New plan: set the gateway of vmbr1 to the ip of vmbr0... will report back

Edit: Looks like I can only have one ipv4 gateway? could someone explain?
