Hi,
Has anyone managed to get GPU passthrough working properly with a DELL power edge T series.
(Prox v 4.4-1)
After a lot of reading, it appears the T410 has a bug in the bios which DELL are never going to fix...
( I did get it working, but it wasn't exactly 'production' stable on Win7,
with all sorts of lines, colours and of course ati....sys causing BSOD et all..)
black screens on Win10.
No ATI drivers, and it works...... but.. rubbish res and no acceleration.
So, I'm now looking at the Tx2x series, but again, questions around the chipset/bios, Any Success?
The Tx3x is out of my price range at the moment but, anyone had any success ?
I first started this GPU lark on a HP ML310e. nice little box,
but again.. Bios problems stopped all the GPU pass through malarkey.....
Someone had a good rant on here about HP not exactly being forthcoming which I entirely agree with as I I did a lot of research also didn't bump into that well hidden nugget.
One is wondering if this technology is still "developing"... and just has to be patient.
Cheers.
