Proxmox OVH Networking

I don't know what this issue is but it seems like after a clean install of Proxmox VE 6.4-6 has issues with ifupdown2 on OVH and I cannot seem to get the interfaces to work even after uninstall their cloud-init and resovconf packages. The SRV Networking (ifreload -a) issue with the invalid use of bridge attribute when creating multiple networking adapters has reared it's ugly head and I don't have an issue like this on my home proxmox server (but then again I have yet to update packages). I wonder if it's something that OVH has done to the Proxmox Template or me. I currently cannot use their KVM to do a ISO install because it crashes when I try to mount virtual media.

vmbr1 : warning: vmbr1: error getting dependent interfaces (misconfiguration of bridge attribute(s) on existing non-bridge interface (vmbr1))
vmbr1 : warning: vmbr1: invalid use of bridge attribute (bridge-ports) on non-bridge stanza
vmbr1 : warning: vmbr1: invalid use of bridge attribute (bridge-stp) on non-bridge stanza
vmbr1 : warning: vmbr1: invalid use of bridge attribute (bridge-fd) on non-bridge stanza
TASK ERROR: command 'ifreload -a' failed: received interrupt
After trying to hot reload it proceeds to stall.

I have figured out the OVH Proxmox Template has an addition file that wait's for link up in /etc/network/if-pre-up.d/wait_for_link_up which causes this boot process to stall on creating additional Bridge adapters and bringing them online.
