Proxmox openvz suspen backup question

Hello,

If I use SUSPEND mode for backup OpenVZ container - are data actual to time of end backup or start backup?

I´m just wondering, if I make some changes in openvz container during backup, that changes will contained in processed backup?

How long will be container offline with 100 GB data (7.2k RPM HDD) with suspend mode?
