Proxmox OpenVZ Memory Usage

I have clean CentOS 6.5 x64 server with webmin
Proxmox with GUI version: 3.1-24
Proxmox GUI Memory usage show me for example 5.1GB
and webmin / htop show me 3.14GB usage

how can I show in htop / webmin the right memory usage as it shown in Proxmox GUI?

PVE calculate memory using the following formula:

used = MemTotal - MemFree - Cached - Buffers
