Proxmox on Hyper-v - no internet after reboot

Hi.
Yesterday I installed proxmox on hyper-v. I got into web UI without any problems.
Today, after restarting my computer I have no access to the Internet on the Proxmox VM.

I set spoofing to active on hyper-v
Can't ping 8.8.8.8 and my gateway.

Any suggestions?

I've just removed the "default switch" nework card and added an external "Intel Gigabit"

after changing from static ip to dhcp > web ui works on new adress 192.168.x.x
