Proxmox on HP DL320

Hi,
I have installed proxmox mailgate 2.2 on a HP DL320 and it works fine .

But one question - is it possible to prevent the fans to permanently running?
Under Windows it exist the ProLiant Support Pack which install the requiered system drivers, the Support Pack also exist for SUSE and Redhat.

From what i can see there are som packages available for debian too.
