Proxmox on a existing debian

I've read earlier that you would offer debian packages, enabling the use of any existing debian installation (the case in many server hosting solutions) - It was present in your roadmap but it's disappered now.

Will it be possible any time soon ?

All debian packages are at:

ftp://pve.proxmox.com/debian/

The package 'proxmox-ve' is a virtual package containing all dependencies.

It just needs someone to document an test installing on standard debian.
