I’m running a Lenovo ThinkCentre M700 with 8GB RAM and a 250GB SSD under Proxmox.
Inside Proxmox:
I have a 2TB WD Red connected via USB to the OMV VM.
I’m experiencing the following issues:
I suspect it might be related to USB throughput or VM passthrough, but I’m not sure. Any advice on what could be causing this or how to fix it would be greatly appreciated!

- CT: qBittorrent

I’m experiencing the following issues:
- During high-speed downloads, I see IO delays fluctuating between 10–30%.
- As soon as I try to play a downloaded movie through OMV (over the network), OMV freezes completely.
- The only way to recover is to stop and restart OMV, and I also have to power-cycle the USB HDD enclosure.
