Proxmox NoVNC not working

hi i have problem with my nodes when i want to access to console of the VM or the console of Proxmox i can't access but if i enter via SSH. What can i do ?
i restart de pveproxy service and pvedaemon but nothing happend. Anyone could help me?

Has it ever worked before? Is this the first time something like this has happened? Anything custom about your setup (e.g., special network config, a reverse proxy...? Do you see anything useful in the journal log? For example for Errors:

journalctl -r -p3

or warnings:

journalctl -r -p4
