I am just starting my journey into the world of Homelabs and media servers and was looking for some advice on an issue I've been running into.
I recently installed a fresh Proxmox OS on an HP elitedesk and connected it to my Unifi DMP gateway. Unfortunately when I try to browse to the IP address and port of the server, the connection times out. Additionally, when I try to ssh into proxmox, that also times out as well.
Looking through my unifi dashboard, the LAN port the NUC is connected to is recognized as being active, however, there is no recognition of a device connected to that port. When setting up the OS in the very beginning, I paid close attention to assigning an IP address within the subnet range of the gateway.
I realize the information that I've provided is very limited, so I am happy to answer anymore questions regarding my current network arrangement to help sort out the issue.
