Proxmox New Installation - Format Drive

I am running new proxmox installation - my drive is 400GB but Proxmox is showing only 200GB it got some previous data but how come there is option for me to format the drive prior installation.

Define the amount of root partition's disk space: maxroot=X (where X is in GB)

For example:

boot: linux maxroot=25
