Hi Folks,

I am out of my depths here despite running proxmox for over an year now. I have a machine which is backed up to PBS running in a different proxmox machine as a LXC. I have had issues with snapshots being locked rarely so I now backup with shutdown setting now.

There are 2 issues -
  1. Major issue. Occasionally the proxmox machine stops responding and I have to do a hard restart to get it going again. I cannot ssh into machine since it doesnt respond. Logs dont help at all. I am attaching last 100 entries from the last boot here.
  2. Minor issue? I get this following error in the log. I have checked the smart values for the drives and dont see any out of the box issues
    1. Aug 12 20:49:51 pve1 kernel: ata1.00: status: { DRDY }
    2. Aug 12 20:49:51 pve1 kernel: ata1.00: failed command: WRITE FPDMA QUEUED
