Good morning everyone, in my data-center I have a physical win2019server and the same on virtual machine. That is, I have the same physical and virtual machine.
I would like to know if there is a way to configure this two machine synchronized and in fault-tolerant. When one machine falls, run the other: if the physical machine falls, the virtual machine intervenes and vice versa.
Is this possible with proxmox?
Thanks.

But you can create your own tool to check does server is running and send startup command to proxmox if not.
OP wants synchronized fault tolerence with close to zero RPO, an external command to start a standby VM will not assist in this.

QEMU/KVM does not, currently, have FT functionality. While work on this is ongoing there is no defined timeline for delivery.

Cheers
