Proxmox https url not reachable. Even not able to ping IP given in URL.

You installed PVE using the default IP 192.168.100.2/24.
As always, this will most likely not be part of your routers subnet and therefore you can't access it. Install it with an free IP of your routers subnet that isn't part of your routers DHCP range.
