Hi. I have set up a new Proxmox server. It differs from the old one in a few details. Here is an overview:
Old system:
- Proxmox 8.4.14
- Only 2 PCIe SSDs for the OS and VMs.
New system:
- Proxmox 9.1.4
- 2x Sata SSD (rpool for host)
- 2x PCIe SSD for VMs.
I have the ZFS file system on all hard drives. I created the PCIe SSD ZFS via the web interface.
I have now transferred various VMs from one host to the other and see much higher hard disk usage on the new host than on the “old” host. I have already checked various ZFS parameters, but cannot find any difference. Perhaps one of you has an idea what the problem could be.
Many thanks
