Proxmox hanging on boot after trying to setup SR-IOV

I tried following this guide https://www.michaelstinkerings.org/...u-uhd-730/#part-iii-proxmox-host-installation and I got to Part III.b Verification. I restarted my system and now it just hangs at this message on boot.



Any help?
