Proxmox GUI cannot be accessed

I have previously installed proxmox from another computer, but I have a new computer with a fresh install of a new proxmox. I do not know why I can’t access my proxmox GUI. I have assigned static IP for my proxmox. I can ping my router from proxmox and I can also ping 8.8.8.8 (google dns) but I cannot access my proxmox from the local network. Does anyone know why I can’t access the web GUI?

Does SSH work? Please show the output of ip a and cat /etc/network/interfaces? As plain text if at all possible, but as a readable photo or screenshot can work if SSH fails.
