Proxmox freezing on install when loading drivers.

Hello. I am unable to install proxmox 9.0-1. The thumb drive (written with rufus) boots and gets to the installer select screen. No matter what option I select, my installation freezes after it says loading drivers (i think it's nvidiafb). There is no way to work around unlike previous versions of Proxmox. What should I do?

System Specs:
Ryzen 5950x
128gb DDR4 3200
Nvidia rtx 3080 10gb
2tb nvme ssd
16 TB raid 10 array (hdd 4 x 8tb)

Did you select the "dd"-method? If not: give it a try.

Maybe it's not freezing but just not showing any display output? Have you tried nomodeset?

I ended up trying that and it got me to install.
