proxmox failed to start zfs-import-scan.service

I am a complete NOOB.
I was trying to do GPU passthrough to a VM and assigned the gpu device via WebUI.
Tried to restart the VM but Proxmox itself restarted on its own and now keeps giving this error at boot:
