Proxmox Dual NIC - 2nd IP users cannot access outside via VM

Firewall is currently disabled from the datacenter.

NIC 1 - ens3
NIC 2 - ens5

NIC1 (ens3) is the default one.

I can ping VM (173.16.10.2) from the Host Machine and vice versa, can ping 11.0.0.95 from the VM, can access Proxmox web UI from 2nd IP from outside.

Question:
VM's in the 173.16.10.1/16 - range cannot access the Internet.
