Proxmox doent like synology NVME HD array

greetings gurus, i just installed a synology m2d20 with 2 snv 3500... proxmox will not boot?
take the card out, fires right up, ... im almost positive its a driver issue, this is where i need the assistance ..
is there a way to install drivers within proxmox??

installing new pcie device often shift your network interface naming.
you need keyboard & screen to ip a then adapt /etc/network/interfaces
pinning interface by its MAC is possible, see Network config of PVE docs.
