Proxmox - Dell powerstore

Hy,

we are testing proxmos as alternative for vmware now we want to connect this to our powerstore volume (this is a new system nothing on it so we can play with it).
But i dont see any option to connect to it .

The volume is visible

i have tried to mount it manualy but no luck

this is the config in proxmox the powerstore is connected over fiber

replication is set on powerstore on active/ active not that this has anything to do with the mounting. But just to mention it.

Proxmox does NOT allow mount of VMFS out of the box. Nor does it support using VMFS on an ongoing basis.

If you have no data on VMFS, then you would want to wipe those partitions and start from scratch. How you manage them from that point on depends on your goals. I.e. shared storage? Filesystem? etc
