Proxmox Container won't add LVM

I'm running the latest Proxmox 8.4 with my primary storage set to ext. I'm having problems adding mounting points to my container for storage. I tried to add the 2 LVMs I have and they both give an error(crashes the site too). The storage says its being used by the container but it doesn't show up on my container's hardware/resources tab

is your primary storage ext4 or lvm? The best practice would be lvm

What's the exact error message(s)?

What do you mean with "add the 2 LVMs"?
What exact error is shown?
Does the whole machine crash? etc.
