Proxmox Cluster on shared storage

I need to install a three-node cluster with Proxmox IBM x3755 and a shared disk in an IBM DS3524 storage, i think do it with OCFS but I read in this forum that is not recommended, which is best handled configure HA and live migration using this hardware?
